Great spot with awesome views!
Had a cozy stay here. The balcony was a highlight, giving a nice view over the Nerang River. Some hiccups with key cards and a damaged fridge were a bummer, but the staff were super friendly and made it better. The outdoor dining area was lovely too! Just annoying that the lift situation was sometimes tricky.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to everything. Check-in was chaotic with unfriendly staff. Happy hour drinks were a great deal. The bathroom needs significant updating, it’s quite outdated and inconvenient.
